3. The training period shall be supervised by a tutor who must be a land surveyor with more than 3 years of practice.
A land surveyor required by the board of directors to take a refresher training period in accordance with the Regulation respecting refresher training periods for land surveyors (chapter A-23, r. 16) may not act as a tutor during the refresher training period.
